William’s strength is to create connections with people and work with people on different levels. Whether that is an individual, team or organisational level.

William is adept at looking at situations through different a lens. The lens of personality, emotional intelligence, leadership or intercultural factors. His education has taught him to look below the surface of a challenge that is faced. By looking through different lens, William regularly identifies patterns and solutions that can create a positive impact.

William is energetic and thought provoking. His engaging facilitation style adapts to meet the needs of the situation and group. As a master facilitator William enjoys deploying various facilitation methods such as experiential learning, action learning, case in point facilitation, visual facilitation, outdoor facilitation and Lego Serious Play facilitation.

Kevin Empey has specialised in organisation development, leadership development and people strategy for over 25 years.   Author of Thrive In The Future of Work and an expert in Organisational and Leadership Agility, he supports business leaders, HR leaders and their employees navigate and thrive in the changing world of work.   Kevin has also won several national and international awards for his work in the areas of social entrepreneurship, job creation and Future of Work research.

Fabio’s experience as Executive Coach, Facilitator and OD Architect spans over 20 years in Training and development working with businesses in the Technology, Food, Pharmaceutical, Public and Financial Services sectors.

Fabio has designed, developed and delivered powerful organisational development programmes focused on engaging professionals in rapid behavioural change at all organisational levels from graduates to senior executives.
