We are a community of like-minded leadership consultants who share a common interest in partnering with clients who are genuinely committed to enhancing their personal, team or organisational effectiveness.

We share a genuine commitment to authenticity in our work; indeed, this value is fundamental to how we work with each other and with our clients. This authenticity means that the client’s best interest is always primary.

It is important to us that we model in the way we work together the values we are inviting the teams and leaders that we work with to adopt. How we manage our dynamic together, how we evolve our various services and offerings, how we make decisions. We don’t ask people to do something different that we are not prepared to do ourselves. That modelling of values is really crucial to who we are.

Our Approach

Our authenticity requires that we challenge the current paradigm in order to reveal the real barriers to change. This challenge can at times be uncomfortable, can draw attention to difficult conversations that need to happen; for in our experience, it’s often, what’s NOT being said that is just as important as what IS being said.

We know that it is this very discomfort that we need to work through with our clients, in order to achieve their goal. Once revealed, we work with them to conceptualise and then practice new and enhanced leadership behaviours that will deliver lasting and enhanced personal, team or organisational effectiveness.
